I have a hammerdin in normal, but I haven't been able to decisively determine whether -magic resists make an impact or not with hammers as the damage is too low and the resists are too low. I was wondering if some of the higher level folks out there could pop some Diamonds in a weapon and see if they spot a difference when using it. The ideal test is to x-socket a white item and go hit a boss with it for a while. Then put either 5 perf diamonds or 5 starstone diamonds in it and return to the same boss and see if you are making a bigger dent. Don't forget to choose a boss that isn't undead/demon. Thanks! |
