+max life/res, + max damage or dex?

i notice +max damage charms seem to be more effective seen bowzons already put majority of their stats into dex.

The amount of resists you can get from gear is ridiculous, get some life charms if you need to soak hits.

depends on the damage your bow has, low damage bow means max damage charms give a bigger return, high dmage bow means dex gives better return.

Oh, so its kinda like a square?

Total damage output = Damage * Dex? So you need to find a balance between them?

I'd obviously have 2 choices then:
a) Max damage charms, dex jewels/emeralds
b) Dex charms, max damage/ias/enhanced dmg jewels

recommendations? or no difference? =P

i've to say bowzon has surpassed my expectations. I thought it would be squishy. But with guided arrow kiting, its pretty capable of taking on bosses. Also, valkryie seems useless. Decoy doesn't give valkaryie +10% hp per level, it gives +50 life per level. -.- so even with a level 20 valk and level 20 decoy, a valk has like only 4k life? Not that great considering its a 40 skill point investment.

then you have soft points buffing the valks life and the extra hp per difficulty. its very easy to get well over 11k life on a valk in hell. thats before buffs, so a 200% oak would push that to 33k life, then bo on top of that would be well over 44k life
