I will update this main post when I get a list of runeword changes I personally want to see and new runewords as well.

In the mean time please feel free to post runeword ideas you have or changes you would like to see. Please nothing OP :)

Keep in mind:
1) Runewords can only have up to 7 properties
2) items can only have 1 aura on equip


Everything listed here I have already added into the files you can download from my main 1.3h Thread


The List

Helms:

Punishment
-increase pierce to 12%

Knight's Vigil (I can socket any blue/rare/craft with 2 amethysts and 2 skulls and it will be better than this piece of shit at lvl 47 and it costs an Um by the time you find an Um rune you will be using way better anyways)
-increase dr% from 5-10% to 10-15
-increase block chance from 20% to 35%

Exile
-removed ctc lifetap (this is a really cool shield but the ctc life tap always kept me from using it; you can get ctc lifetap from other places)
-increased faster block rate from 50% to 99% (faster block rate on pally shields should be either 0% or 99%; anything inbetween is a waste of a stat

Phoenix
-increased blaze level from 33 to 50
-increased firestorm level from 33 to 40

Woe
-removed +500 defense
-increased def% from (50-100) to 300-400%
-added 50% faster block rate

Daylight
-removed +500 defense
-increased def% from (50-100) to 300-400%
-added 50% faster block rate

Dragon
-removed +500 defense
-added 50% faster block rate

Glory (never used nor seen anyone use this junk item, maybe now it will be an option vs diamond gear early game)
-increased enhanced damage from 25% to 50%
-increased enhanced defense from 100% to (150-200%)

Red (Ok so its a cool idea, but these armors are junk for what they require, by the time you find the runes for these you will be using viper magi)
-replaced oskill moltenboulder with 8-10 fire pierce

Tempest
-replaced oskill lightning with 8-10 lightning pierce

Mist
-replaced oskil with 8-10 cold pierce

Plague
-replaced oskill with 8-10 poison pierce

Lionheart (same as above, garbage item runes are too rare to waste making this and by the time you find them runes you are using Silks of the Victor)
+150% Enhanced damage
+200% Enhanced defense
2% chance to cast lvl 40 Howl on kill (fits with the 'lionheart' theme)
+4 damage
+25 to Strength
+30 to Energy
+15 to Dexterity
+15 to Vitality
+50 to Life
+30 to Mana
All Resistances +30
Requirements -15%

Enlightenment
(maybe someone will actualy use this now)
-removed 33% Chance to cast level 30 Fire Ball on attack
-added 5-8% elemental pierce

Duress
(First go compare Rattlecage to this cracked sash of a runeword. Secondly this armor needs more CB if it wants me to waste an Um rune and give up the 25% DR i get from shaftstop, not to mention I usually find my first Um rune around lvl 70)
-increased CB from 1% to 4%
-Increased Enhanced damage from 100% to 150%
-increased enhanced defense from (150-200) to (200-250)

Bone (oh god, one of these shit lvl 47 armors, but this one requires TWO Um runes...great)
-removed 50% Chance to cast level 25 Bone Spear on attack
-added 10 magic pierce

Prudence (this is a weaker verison of lionheart/gloom/stone etc but it costs more giving it some DR% will make it stand out and it now offers a choice vs shaftstop, since this has all res aswell as dr%)
-remove light radius
-add 10-15% dr

Bound by Duty (this armor is really cool, but underused since it does not give enough good stats, I think it just needs some ele pierce,hp% and dr% to be good on builds that deal ele damage with attacks; ie: vengeance/holy aura/lit zons etc

Mystery (I love the idea of this item but the variance is a bit to much to be worth the risk, Amn and Sol runes have much better uses that are guaranteed to work)
+(125 to 250)% Enhanced damage
+(20 to 40)% Increased Attack Speed

10% Life stolen per hit
+(10 to 20) to Strength
+(10 to 20) to Energy
+(10 to 20) to Dexterity
+(10 to 20) to Vitality
All Resistances +(12 to 25)

Thought (compare vs lvl 20 and 40 sorc orbs)
-add 12-18 ele pierce
-increase sorc skill from 1 to (1-2)

Madness
-add 200% enhanced dmg (this is for dragon flight sins)

Memory (Lum runes arent that common early, chances are you wont find one until you have access to better uniques than this staff anyways)
-remove damage reduced by 8
-add 14-21 ele pierce

Melody (this item is plain outclassed, adding ele pierce so this opens up as an option for ele zons)
-add 15-20 ele pierce

Pestilence (tired of classes getting lvl 50+ venom with the help of this item; with this change brave poison necros will find this item very good)
-change oskill venom to oskill psn strike
-all skills increase from 1 to 2
-increased attack speed to 40%
-removed 33% openwounds
-added +200 ar

Venom
-changed ignore ac to +250 ar
-increase nec skills from 1 to 3
-increase psn pierce from 10 to (15-25)%
-added 50% ias
-added 200% dmg
-removed Level 15 Poison Explosion (27 Charges)
-removed Level 13 Poison Nova (11 Charges

Deception
-add 300% enhanced dmg

Kingslayer (like so many items, this one is so close to being useful it requires many hard to find runes and should give stats that reflect that)
-removed openwounds
-added 5% CB
-increased ias from 33 to (50-60)%
-increased gold find from 50 to 250% (we are killing kings, after all)

Rift (its a cool theme, just needs a few changes to be useful to venge pallys)

20% Chance to cast level 40 Lightning on attack
20% Chance to cast level 40 Blizzard on attack
20% Chance to cast level 40 Volcano when struck
+(275 to 325)% Enhanced damage
+8 damage
50% Bonus to Attack Rating

I would like to see there be a nice zod rw in shields, i constantly find godly eths and cant use them, for pally would be ideal since that's a pally's area.

On heavens will I would like to see it have sanctuary vs mana regen

Crap. We forgot this, ya? I will fix it before I make a post with the last of the 1.3g files.

Thanks for taking the time to do all of this for RW's, sets, and uniques. Like a lot of what I see.

EDIT: I see two Zod RW's for h2h. Armageddon (axe and h2h) (which was changed to 3 runes...ZodOhmGul) and Youth (mace and h2h) ZodOhmGulJah.

Youth displays as Cataclysm. Regardless, this fix would cause a conflict on h2h (claws) ya?
I am changing this to Zod Ohm Jah. There are no weapon conflicts. It could have the same recipe as a helm or something, but it should not cause a problem this way.
I adjusted the %dmg to stay the same, but you do lose the 50% to attack rating. No room for more attributes on the RW.
