man, u have 2 on one kill, i have seen none in 20 kills?

What spawn was he? I'm still trying to find evidence that supports higher spawn=higher chance of shard dropping.

we have done it like 3 or 4 spawn like 20 runs, still no luck, so dont support that theory ;D

One run when we get a double shard drop wouldn't prove anything. need like 1000 trials or something.

u can try modding SP to make every monster diablo in CP or something, make him have 1 hp, and equip a sorce with holy shock or something. try with players 1-8. IMO, players has no affect on the shard drop rate. if the item will drop as a shard (which is independent of players i think) it cant drop white/blue/yellow - which is affected by players, and will always drop unique.

Well, can purerage (or anyone, if this info is known) give us the avg % of the drop? so we can calculate and tell you both how lucky you are. Also, lets prove more players equals more shards so raqib can invite me to the runs.

edit: lets say its 1% chance, which means 2 on the same diablo is a 1 in 100.000 chance, which is quite the rare event if you take into consideration the time it takes to kill diablo and the time people are willing to spend farming him before they die of boredom.

It took us ~18 mins for that diablo run (merc has to kill alot of things). i think the shard drop rate is like 8-10% based off of running shards.

Back on topic, with 10% chance it would be 1 in 100, with 8% it would be 1 in 156.25... Assuming its 9%(1 in ~123.45), a 18 mins diablo with 2 shards saved you 2222,1-18(cause you had to kill it once!) minutes, or 36,735 hours!!! How much is 36 hours of farming worth for you?

I ran 12 solo mephs this morning no shards. Ran 20 4 player D games in the last 2 days no shard. We've done something like 40 baal runs with 3 shards. Yet almost every Dury run I've done I've had a shard drop.

While the numbers are too low for any real math, 40 baal runs with 3 shards is pretty close to 8% (being 7, something) But if the drop chance changes from boss to boss, its probably harder to get from the big ones. Any feedback on andy???? i suppose youre running with Tatiana, so you cant kill her

this, unless u do 1000 runs or something, u cant get accurate numbers because every time u have ~10% chance. u could do 10 runs and see a shard every time, just chance.

Andy we've done 6-7 times and gotten 3 shards. Dury 4-5 gotten 4 shards. Meph we did 40 total I believe for 3. Diablo we've done close 40 times but then again I ran him 3 times once and got 2 shards. Baal I know Krecik has done 87 runs and had 7 shards drop.

I don't get it. Treasureclassex has a lot of strings arranged in a somewhat peculiar manner, but not the userfriendly excel table i was hoping for. ^^

1 to 40 to get a shard.
2 to 40 when doing it for quest.
it's for every boss btw.

1 chance in 1600 to get two shards in one boss.

How did you figure it out Steel? Btw don't get why Quest increases chance by 100%.. weird. Did anyone find out if more spawn inc chance of it dropping?

All bosses have drop of 6 items (Picks: 6) and for each pick chance is as on screen. You get either soulstone of other items, 1 to 40
It doesn't increase with more ppl as there is nodrop set to 0.

Well that's a relief.. all the damn time waste 8 spawning Hell bosses etc. makes me angry now lol
