Messing around on my spear zon, I noticed a couple things:

When I put holy craft gloves on my merc to give him blessed aim, my AR goes DOWN about 10k.

and

I put 3 facets in my spear; 2 on struck and 1 on striking. I haven't seen a single stun or psychic hammer go off. The dmg is still nice tho...

maybe the blessed aim is doing something funky?
does anyone else have this problem with the facets?

Blessed aim and strategy share the same state and you only get ar from blessed aim when both are present. So you lose the ar from strategy.
