*Offline* it appears to be lowered to NHD 2 frames. I found a pi unique and was seeing more than 6 hits/second with a 3 frame strafe setup.

3 frame strafe is the worst speed on a single target because at 8 arrows/sec, the first arrow hits, the next arrow comes at frame 3 and is ignored. So literally every other arrow doesn't exist for a single target and you may as well be strafing at 6 frames.

I was trying to count the the elemental "puffs" of fire dmg and could see between 6-8 hits/second.

So offline it appears NHD is 2 frames.

The only weird issue is that when the strafe volley appears to be over, if you try to move you are stuck in place running for another second. So there are still some bugs in how the strafe process works.

On a side note, the new Desire runeword in an eth GMB is probably better than anything else previously available.

It was 909 max damage, with 66 ias, 3 skills, 25-30% res, knockback, 1000 elemental damage, mana leech, etc etc. No more rolling rare gmb's needed.
