I read that in the original D2 the FCR cap was 75. Realistically it was 200 but there were diminishing returns post 75.

Does the same hold true in HU?

EKHM. FCR varies for chars and skills and 75 is 10fr breakpoint for necs/dins. Anyway 200fcr on barbs/sorcs is total overkill due to high ping - to really use it you need like 100 ping at most, otherwise you char would tele backward - you cast tele, before games tele you there you tele again to same spot you were.

Following that table, it indicates that a necromancer with 125% FCR is casting at 09 FPS, or frame rate if there's a difference between the two?

Anything over this is overkill? I have bone necro with 175% FCR, and I'm trying to figure out if there's a certain number I should stop at, and go for more other things in place of FCR.

+% by last digit indicates it's max value, so anything over 125% is wasted unless you face mobsters with Iron maiden(slower cast rate?) or shamans(that curse as counter-spell).

I'm assuming that creatures that DO cast slower cast rate are so few and far between, that 125% is a number I want to stop at? :)
