So I've been playing the mod for over a month with no issues until yesterday. With my D2 Expansion disc in the drive, this error message continues to show up.

The first time it occurred, I was able to work around it by putting the CPU in standby mode and bringing it back up. Now today that isn't working. I'm about to do a complete restart to see if that helps.

Anyone else had this issue before that could shine some light on a permanent solution? I looked around on the forum, but couldn't find much that helped me.

I just don't see leaving the game running all the time as a real solution to prevent this.

Thanks.

perhaps a file got corrupted. A clean reinstall is always a good first step.

I often get this message on restart of computer, usually reminds me that I didn't mount the Expansion disc image on DaemonTools yet :P

But all I can say is that one file probably got corrupted, and a reinstall is in order.

Not the game, mind you; the mod.. unless you only have one Diablo2 directory.
