Hey I've been attempting to install this mod for about a week now.. I've tried doing so using my download manager from battle.net and installing the game like that which inevitably places me in patch 1.12. I haven't had any luck down grading my patch for whatever reason. Anytime I take the D2 patch.mpq file for 1.12 and attempt to replace it with a 1.10 mpq file it doesn't take... When I open up the patch notes in my d2 directory properties folder it states that I am running patch 1.12. Now to combat this issue, I figured I would buy a new physical copy of the game in order to avoid having to downgrade my patch.. Unfortunately the new physical copy is just that; new-er then the versions sold in previous years that load up patch 1.07 upon expansion install. Instead, my game installs automatically with 1.12 again... SOO.... lol... can anyone please give me a step by step break down of how to get d2 patch.mpq for 1.10 in my game, so i can install core of 1.5a then extract patch client into directory... (if i am interpreting the instructions correctly)
