just run it in compatibility mode.. I'm playing just fine on Win 8.1 |

Which service pack are you using? It starts but when I go to make a game crashes. |

SP 2 or 3 should work.. if the game is crashing upon creation I would try a reinstall. |

Fixed. Updated patch wasn't downloaded for Non-D2SE was causing the issue. |
