So i have narrowed the problem down to the D2Mod.dll file... its refusing to work because either it claims that the file cannot be found when it is in the directory or that the diablo program is still running which it isn't... The only other thing i can think of is the Fact im using Windows 7 and something has changed where the .dll file doesn;t know how to run anymore... Suggestions/Solutions would be greatly appreciated... thx. |

enable "show file extentions" file extentions and windows xp compatability for d2modsetup.bat, game.exe and diablo 2.exe |

i'm having this same problem but in windows xp, the hu registry file works but the dll gets the same error message saying either error loading or cannot be found. in both cases, i dont think windows can see that D2Mod.dll is there =[ ive tried redownloading HU but it still doenst work, d2 is not secretly running in the background |
