My paly is now lvl 65, and I went ahead and maxed hammer/foh first thing. Been pumping holybolt now that my main attacks are maxed. I just noticed that FoH only receives 16% synergy bonus to holy bolt. Was it always like this? If so I gotta remake and replan my build lol, waste of 20 skill points.

I think it is actually worse than that...in skills.txt the only synergy is blessed hammer. The skilldescrip file has hammers referencing par8 (10%) and holybolt a direct 16, but this is only display, not real I believe. I don't really recall the synergies to FoH. It's been since 1.3a since I made one I think.

I looked at the last file for skills that I have and it is the same way. The last change I made to that particular file was on 4-28...was probably just extracted from 1.3b?

I will add this issue to the buglist. It would be nice to see what others recall, or if they have old files to reference more conclusively.

Check missiles.txt for the holy bolts released by FoH. I think it's fist_of_heavens_bolt or something like that. (Check FoH client/server missiles columns to find out).

The damage should be listed about 2/3 of the way along the file. The damage/synergy has to be handled in missiles.txt because you can't have 2 seperate values for elemental (magic) controlled by just skills.txt (theres only 1 set of elemental damage columns in the file).

To make the bolts hit everything you'd just have to edit this 1 missile (or have foh call another missile line)

The synergy should be something like skill('Holy Bolt'.blvl)*skill(Fist of the Heavens'.parX)

ParX being the column in skills.txt for FoH with 16% in it.

The synergy only applies to the bolts released. It's always been that way I'm pretty sure.
Hammer > more initial damage.
Bolt > more AoE damage v undead.
