Alright so I'll go step by step on how I installed the mod and someone can let me know what I'm doing wrong because clearly nothing is working for me. 1. Freshly install Diablo 2 2. Freshly install LOD 3. Download the 1.12 > 1.10 rar file and extract it into my Diablo 2 folder found in E:\Program Files (x86)\Diablo II - accepting all the replacement prompts. 4. Download Hell Unleashed 1.3b Core and winrar extract into E:\Program Files (x86)\Diablo II. 5. Run d2modsetup.bat as administrator but the box quickly opens and closes without a prompt. I did some searching and I replaced the two prompts in the .bat with direct paths: e:\windows\system32\rundll32.exe .\d2mod.dll,D2ModSetup c:\windows\regedit.exe /s hu.reg 6. Run d2modsetup.bat as administrator again, a blank command prompt opens but a windows prompt comes up asking me if I want to install the mod. I click Yes and it says it was successfully installed. Both the cmd prompt and windows prompt disappear. 7. I Rclick Hell Unleashed.bat and run as administrator. Game launches. At the bottom left of the menu screen it shows v1.10 and below it says "D2 Mod system 1.03". 8. I enter a single player game, nothing is changed. Inventory is still the same size, skills haven't been modified - no stats points to distribute.. nothing. why? What Am I doing wrong? Running on Windows 7 64bit by the way. |

My documents...C:\HU...anything llike that, then repeat step 5. also, don't use the .bat file to open the game. Make a new shortcut to your diablo2.exe in your new folder. Then add "-direct -txt" to the shortcut command line. "E:\HU\Diablo II.exe" -direct -txt Should look something like that. |

guyes i have the same problem but .. i have the items in its wrong place like my pots in the middle of my screen and items are at top of screen , can u help me with that plz? |

Sounds like either you didnt run the d2mod.bat or you have miss matched highres/lowres install/patch. Or you are running win7 os and if you installed into program files then the modified dlls wont load. If so make sure its installed directly to c:\diablo2 and run the d2mod.bat |
