Because ki4m wasn't able (or willing) to fix the cinematics for the norm ress(800 x 600) version of 1.3b, I decided to ask in the "round" again. Could anybody help me to make it possible to start the act sequences( Lament of the sis. for instant). I can't start them anymore. I found out, that the problem lies within the mod mpq, but I couldn't alter the mpq. So is anybody capable to fix the problem here??? Edit: The intro cinematics (Blizzard/ Blizzard north) start normally but the other films don't start. |

it was a sarcasm... sorry. I can't help you but why do you want to watch these in game if you already have on youtube?? I mean it'd be fucking hard to re encode videos to match a new higher res, or to recode existing game data, for something 101% optional. |

Because the videos belong to the game.Thats all If some of you could extract the cinematic video files from the mpq., I would rencode them by myself with that tool. http://www.videohelp.com/tools/XviD4PSP It's not that difficult as you allege. Ok maybe a little "time consuming". But I realy don't want to relinquish the cinematics. By the way in version 1.3a everthibng works perfectly so I would play this version. But unfortunately I am not able to use the translation patch (german) by ki4m in version 1.3a and ki4m seems to be to slothful to crate a translation patch for 1.3a. Normally it would be indifferent to me but now where this patch is out I don't want to waive this patch. PS The sarcasm was passing me because I am a bit humourless.
