Was running a 3 person TCP/IP game, we got to Blood Raven, and lost a party member while fighting her. After she was killed, rather than running back to get his body, he left the game, came back in, and clicked on his body. His inventory and cube were untouched and had all of his loot that we'd grabbed before the fight, but none of his gear was on his person. Everything was gone, we made sure his body still wasn't at Blood Raven, his body was gone from the camp, it just seemed to disappear into nothingness. Is this a known feature, or some weird bug? |

Don't rejoin upon death if you have gear str bugged on. |

Earlier in the game, I'd quit the game when we happened upon Coldcrow who slaughtered us with her jillions of minions, with no penalty to myself upon rejoining. I don't suppose I could ask you to clarify that? |

I haven't played sc actually so I don't know the full deal. But I believe that it has something to do with you not beeing able to equip some gear without other gear on or something similar. Like having 20 str on the helm that you need to equip the armor etc. Someone who actually plays sc could probably explain it better. I think it can happen if you get several corpses and then rejoin aswell. |

There is a chosen order to how corpse loot is picked up. If you are getting strength/dex from another item (say shield) to wear another (say armor) then it can go awry when you die. Charms will allow a 'soft' str glitch, using items is a 'hard' str glitch. I tend to avoid the latter at all costs...Dueling BM NKers pounded this point home. |
