So I have tried reinstalling the game twice now and i still can not fit my merc with any gear. Are there any known bugs stopping me from doing this? I have bought different mercs from all the different acts and still no success. |

you dont have the d2modsystem installed. You need to run d2modsetup and install it. if it asks you to remove it, say yes and run it again. |

ah now it works, cheers man all though i have noticed this game really tax's my HD with the no cd crack, i assume its reading the music mpq file? |

Assuming you use windows/ntfs/fat(32), last time you've defragged your HD ? |
