I find it strange that each particular life boost uses a different mechanic. I would have thought it would be somewhat standardized. Can anyone point out what the differences are between them? Here is what the text files have to say:

Oak gives 25% hitpoints more per level and 5% hitpoints bonusper level
Inc Stamina gives 25% life increase and 4% life increase per level

What is the difference between 25% hitpoints more per level and 25% life increase?

Shapeshifting gives 25% base hitpoints bonus and 4% hitpoints per level
Werebear gives 60% base bonus hitpoints
Werewolf gives 30% hitpoints increase

Similar question, is there a technical difference between base hitpoint bonuses and hitpoint increases? What about life increases rather than hitpoint increases?

It's the same item_maxhp_percent on all these skills, just different name. Can be confusing as all +hp is being boosted by these but none from +vit. 20 hp > 10 vita.

yeh, the description columns next to the par columns are simply comment fields, you can put anything there you like. It's just to keep a note. As steel sas, they all use the same stat.
