Hello. I've searched the forum but I can't find an answer to my specific problem. When trying to log on to the arimyth server, I get stuck on ''checking versions'' I have the blizzard downloaded images. I've downgraded to patch 1.10 with the link provided by this site, and I ran the game with a loader. Installed the mod and ran the hu.reg file. The game works on single player but doesn't allow me to connect to the arimyth gateway (I do see it) getting stuck on ''checking versions'' My OS is Win XP SP3. I have already tried to reinstall everything. Port 4000 is open, firewall is open. Any help guys? |

I'm not sure what you mean with firewall is open? You check what the issue is by disabling the firewall temporarily, then try to log on. From what I remember, you also have to allow outgoing port 6113 in your firewall, but it could be 6112 (or as well). Not sure if it's UDP or TCP, but google is your friend in this case. |

My 6112 and 6113 ports are forwarded as well from other blizzard games. By firewall open I mean that there should be no windows firewall blocking anything. I doubt it's a port forwarding issue since it's stuck on ''checking versions'' I want to plaaaaay!!!! I guess if I can't solve this I'll try to gather 2,3 friends and play on hamachi

The only way I can do it is by downgrading with a german client. |

I am trying to revert to 1.09 and upgrade to 1.10 and see if that does the trick. The problem is that the links provided on this thread: viewtopic.php?f=9&t=1288 as well as some other places google showed me, all lead to a dead link. Any help on reverting to 1.09?? |
