Hi, Started playing on the realm yesterday, I don't have an awesome connection but I am fine with all my other online games. Here, my ping (/fps) never goes under 200, and stays in the 300-600 most of the time, so when I hit a fallen, it dies like 1 second later... I heard the servers were in different places (I live in France), so I tried rehosting many time, but ping were exactly the same. Btw I guess there's no link but when i launch the game, I have a black window on desktop that keep spamming "failed to connect server blablabla" which never closes and crashes when I try to. |

Welcome! Pings are rarely good, especially since most servers are located on the other side of the ocean (only 1 europian, and I don't recall playing on it for a good while). It's bad at first, but you get used to it after a while.  Try to turn off everything if you are having ping problems. Ignore what HUGuard says, it's not true. That's the thingy that connects you to the server, so closing it will close your connection to the server too. |

Thanks for the fast answer mate :=) I don't know... If hell is as tricky as it is in LoD, i don't see how i'd be able to play any low hp char with such a latency (hopefully actually im a 'din). I guess i'll just give it a try. Thx and cu IG maybe. |
