Whenever I talk to Cain I crash. Then I won't be able to make or join games with the character that talked to cain for a few minutes, even single player. Then it will work again. Rinse repeat. I've tried to reinstall diablo, changing patches (new music, resolution etc) but the problem persists. |

I remember a bug where if someone was in act2 before you saved cain, then it could bork cain for you. Other than that, I never figured out other ways to have this occur... but have had it happen to me some time ago. I think it was fine after I got to act2 though? Been a minute. |

Sadly this is unplayable for me in this state. Time to find a new mod I guess. |

I had a similar thing happen to me, I just progressed with a different quest and it was fine after that, very strange since this never ever happed to me on hu before. It happend to me on hell a3 after doing council, I wasnt able to create games although after creating game on diferent difficoulty, I was able to make game on hell again, progress cain dialogue, and fix. |
