The rune word doesn't give battle command shout? It clearly shows that it gives on the item, but there is not skill to use. Would understand if it was nerfed just the skill description is still old or something. |

I tested in SPlayer (should match realm), and it was working as shown in the files. It sounds like you've got the runeword completed (UmUmJahSur) in a 4 socket shield that isn't LowQuality (only unacceptable non-magic quality). I can only guess that you've got a lot of skill icons and that BattleCommand is lost among them? BattleOrders won't show up, you should only gain BCommand along with Confuse, Salvation, and PDagger charges (to synergize Confuse). |
