that is generally a clear case of a bad install. Re-run d2modsetup again and/or make sure you got all the files in there.
Worse case scenario, you may need to reinstall D2 entirely

Hey. I can hire my mercs just fine, they cant take ANY items i try to give them. I saw one other guy had a similar problem, but he was talking in giberish and i couldnt understand him. Solution? |

tried redoing the D2Mod Setup and it says can not find required dll. effffff |
