Things I know I did right. (To my knowledge) I have version 1.10. I extracted all of the mod into the d2 folder. I am using the downloaded game files provided from the Blizzard website, but am getting around the need for a CD by using an .iso Things that are going wrong. D2ModSetup cannot find the required .dll to run. As far as I can tell through these message boards that .dll is D2Mod.dll. D2Mod.dll is located about 2 files up in the list in the same directory (my Diablo 2 directory) as D2ModSetup. Even crazier is that after trying to run D2ModSetup I'm asked to verify changes to my Windows registry. Upon allowing those I tried running HellUnleashed.bat for giggles. Game starts along with HUGuard. Searching for hacks....Searching for hacks...Error connecting to the server. Well my game is still running so might as well check that out I guess. The Amyrith Network appears to be available so I attempt to connect. I am informed that Battle.net is unable to verify my patch. Let's see if anything works then. I create a new character in single player and the game starts. I am now starting with the Horadric Cube and a large inventory and stash as the mod states I should have. I have no clue what's going on. Frustration overwhelming... |

Nevermind I just had a breakthrough of great success. I ran everything in Windows compatibility mode for XP instead of Windows 7 and stuff started working. I'll keep this updated if I have any more problems. |

It means you need to get rid of your hacks.. No antihack hasn't been up for ages now, hopefully after the next reset but I doubt it. So just ignore it, or remove the check from the .bat file or close the window after the game starts if you don't want to see it. |
