My main account is *Tommy Roughly two weeks ago, I made a mule account. I could've SWORN the name was *Tommy-Mule, but even if it wasn't, I know it was something similar to that. I made about 4 characters on the account and filled it with items. Now, two weeks later, I tried to log back into it and can't seem to get in. Like I said, I've tried every name I could've possibly entered and it said the account didn't exist. Is this an error on my end, or was the account deleted for some reason (a couple weeks of inactivity, etc)? I registered it with my email address (tspirtle@gmail.com), so if it IS an error on my end, if there any way to recover the login information? |

They aren't deleted. The email recovery only works on bnet though. So there is two options here, either you have forgotten the accountname/password or you gave your pass to someone and they changed it. |

Well, I know for sure what the password would be, as I use the same password on all of my Diablo accounts. I didn't give the account name/pass to anyone - no one even knew I had a mule account, actually. I've used two different methods of finding the account name: 1) Entering the account name into the login screen w/ my password 2) Using the "/f a" command in chat and trying different names. If the account doesn't exist, it says so. I've tried every combination of "TommyMule", "Tommy-Mules", "Tommy_Mule", "TMule", etc. I'm 99% sure the character names on the account were TMule-Armor, TMule-Weapons, etc. Is there anywhere I can view a list of registered users (Similar to the realm status feature)? Or is it possible for Duff to see what account names are linked with a certain email? |

maybe someone guessed the pw - cleaned out the accounts and then deleted them. have anyone who dislikes you that much? |

No one that I can think of. Besides, my password is 10 random letters/numbers, so no one could guess it. I'm not getting an "Incorrect password" error - I'm getting a "Account doesn't exist" error. Maybe we'll just have to have a donation and let everyone restock my mules. Haha

Accounts can't be deleted. I have to manually wipe them. I sent you the info you were looking for. |
