I just got to level 24 and put a skill point into battle orders. It does not pop up on my skills list to use it. It doesn't say it is passive so not sure whats going on or if anyone else has this issue or know what to do. |

Oh really? So I put skills into battle orders for life and the skill one and all I have to do is cast shout? Did not know that weird thanks. Thought I was losing my mind! |

Yes Shout includes its own defense buff + BO buff + BC buff now as long as you put at least 1 point into them all. BO currently gives 1% every 2 hard points though so it takes 2 levels to make it give you anything. |
