I try to build CTC fire ... it was great ...
however when I add skills CTC Meteor, then my melee skills are disabled when cast Meteor ...
this is a bug or a feature?

its not a bug or a feature . meteor causes cooldown. you cant attack while it is beeing cast. |

Yes Frozen Orb does the same thing because the skill itself has a cooldown. It makes them somewhat terrible for melee. |
