recently i was in Bnet and was asking why i couldnt connect to tcp/ip games and somebody mentioned that my wireless router may have something to do with this and i could open ports to get around this problem. its been too long since i've actually dealt with technical crap on any computer so i've got no idea how to do this anymore, could anybody help me out? :) any help or input would be greatly appreciated!

I doubt your router blocks any ports.

Try turning off your firewall/antivirus.

If it's for hosting a tcp/ip game then I think you have to forward some ports ... find your router in this list and follow steps ->
