I've been playing Diablo for 15 years. Hell unleashed on and off for a long time too. The biggest problem for me or anyone I know who plays HU is the difficulty to install the game. Me and many other people would come back and play right away if it didn't take so long to install the game every time. There's always a problem. If you find an easier way of installing, then way more people will come back and play.

I made a post in the classic forums on bnet again, as well as commenting on the large thread they have clamoring for an HD version.
