20% Chance of Open Wounds
Adds 24-36 Magic Damage
+5% to Magic Skill Damage
+30 to Energy
+60 to Mana

The text files say 75%, so that is why it is that way on CritterKillers. I noticed when I made mine on the realm that it also only came out at 53%. I am willing to bet that 53% is some hardcoded limit in the game.

Will update Critter's to reflect that.

what abought the % ed i made mine a 13% ed zerc and top %ed shoulda been 388% but yet i got 393% ed anything im missing from a rune that would gave xtra%??


Think this build will be fun not gonna do much damg only 9k now but with lvl 52 bo i hve 21k life, cant wait till 95 and i finish his gear see if i can get close to 25k life with bo :)

i made it on single player to test vengance speed with it and it always came out at 53% too

the extra ED is from Um which now gives 25% ED

53% is the highest u can go for increase life mod...
