Its better to ask for an strategy based on ur char than qqing about how hard it is, what do use and what build? so we know how to advise you.

How in the world are we supposed to do this? Takes basically all my health in a second, and have to keep hitting him so he doesn't get full health... Having the bosses regen to full when not hit is probably the dumbest idea in this mod. They are already hard as fuck without that. About to go to eastern sun I guess this is just redonculous. |

The regen is one of the best things about this mod. If you're trying to kill him alone, it's almost impossible unless you severely outlevel and outgear him. Other than a frenzy barb or a claw block sin I don't know if anyone can really beat him alone. This is a multiplayer game. If you aren't alone, then it is operator error. Don't run, use a shield, use absorb gear, and have a dps unload on him. |

yeah but game should still be playable solo, almost no one is online. I have a job and life so I never know when I am hopping on. And also dont want higher levels to just rape bosses for me, if I am playing in a party i want the challenge still. Any ideas of a difficult mod that has a solo option? I have out played the solo edition of HU it seems, I want all the new features but theres no damn single player version. Until I get a new video card diablo 2 is all my old laptop can handle otherwise I would just play POE |

There are a lot of people on in Hell games, just not in normal or nightmare. If you really want to try to solo, your best option is probably a claw block phoenix sin with an a3 cold merc. You will at least be able to solo normal, pending some decent gear, and I can help you with items or bosses if you need, you can message me on *agincort |

Anything but a Sorc? I don't think so. I would love to see any spec of Necro level ~75 beat Meph in NM. I don't really see how an Amazon could do it either. |

I'd recommend a different mod then if you want to play solo. It isn't going changed to be dramatically easier. |

'-' lvl75ish nec with maxed BA tree is not impossible but means that he was tanky all the way there wich i doubt someone will ever do The other thing is, once BA absorbs you need to recast, and im pretty sure in that fight nec would be recasting more than attacking, would need a test to be sure. I bet BA half str-vita nec is a melee god... for melee pvp

But the realm is so dead the only parties are end game, and click parties that only play together. Basically impossible for a new/returning player to get in on things. And at the same time, I cant see farming for a week just to kill normal mephisto... I could see that for hell, but for normal that doesn't make sense at all to me. Personally I feel normal should be soloable with basically every class, let the real challenge start with NM, so that atleast people can attempt to catch up, how it is now doesn't allow that at all. Any way, I get paid in a week, just going to buy a new video card and go back to an enjoyable/difficult game that you can solo, path of exile. |

normal is soloable with pretty much any class aside from a summoner. If you are soloing a summoner isn't the class u should be taking anyways. |
