During the crash yesterday I lost one of my characters. I was playing with it before the crash happened and when I logged in today it was gone. Any reason why that happened, and can you retrieve it somehow? It was a level 98 assassin called Reaper. Not in the character list  as you can see it's still on the ladder.

Can you please take a look if it is there now ? There was actually 6 fucked up chars on the realm which I have extracted them from backup. It may have rolled back a bit though. Chars are : reaper exo mthspoizon shantu tucker-sc valkyre Thanks and sorry for this... out of my control. |

My messed up Zon is playable again. She lost like 15 levels from that last game, but hey, that's fine. Thank you for restoring her, and for all of your efforts making this game so fun! Edit: Checked again, she's fully restored! *thumbs up* |
