Does anyone know how the +skills affect him? All skills affect them. Does necro skills affect them? Does necro specific trees, (PNB) affect them? The actual base skills(teeth/spear) affect them? |

They aren't Necros, so they don't gain +Necro skills or +3 Teeth (Necro only) They will benefit from all skill and 0skills that they actually use. I'm not sure if they can benefit more than 3 from 0skills but they will get at least 3. Technically, they will gain ANY 0skill, they just won't use it. |

So they're considered sorcs? Because I'm fairly certain they gained +blizzard on a +3 time staff. |

Has this changed? Because they bonuses use to work for +3 to Blizzard for cold mercs from a staff. |

I have tested it multiple times and mercs do not benefit from +(skill) (class only). They benefit from oskills, however. If a merc has the skill then they gain a max of +3 from the oskill. If a merc does not have the skill as a part of their skill set then they gain full benefit from the oskill. Just like player chars. |

I wish mercs could use active oskills. Like I give a wep with oskill veng to my a5 merc and he will use veng. Could be really fun XD |

Hm. It's strange because on a sin with glorycrest equipped, the level goes from 7 to 11 wearing a Heart Carver. It is buggy though, I have to requip the armor a few times for the skill to even show up. Any idea why this is working like it does? |

Well that works for player chars but not for mercs. D2 old and buggy idk. |
