Just be aware that werewolf doesn't have skill ias anymore (unless it is hidden). This makes this wereform calculator...less useful.

How do I read those breakpoints?

So if my bone necro have 75 % or higher faster caste rate he has 10 fr? (Whats fr?)

And is then 125% the max you need on necro?

fr=frames.
everything is calculated at 25 frames per second. So at 75% faster cast rate your spell casts every 10 frames, or 2.5 casts per second.

Doesn't Necro have the 200 FCR BP it just wasn't achievable so never mentioned on any BP charts.

Does anyone know the rest of the FHR breakpoints?

Also has anyone really tested if Fervor actually works towards IAS breapoints? I assume it doesn't work for WW but everything else?

Yes it does. Here is a guide to weapon speed calculation.

EIAS = effective ias
SIAS= skill ias
GIAS = gear ias
WSM = weapon speed modifier

EIAS = [(120 x GIAS) / (120 + GIAS)] + SIAS - WSM

Use this calc to find the BPs for your class and weapon with no sias or gias and then use the forumla above to see where you are or where you need to be.
