"Traditional Installation (Non D2SE users)
==================================

This is the correct order from disc installation :
1- Install Diablo II 1.00
2- Install Diablo II LoD which is 1.07
3- Install LoDPatch_110.exe which is 1.10 -> http://files.arimyth.com/HU/LODPatch_110.exe (also included with core)
4- Install NonD2SE_HU_Core_1.41_Core (See Below)
5- Download your prefered Client (See below) and extract to your Diablo II folder
6- Run D2ModSetup, be sure it asks to INSTALL"

Ok So just a heads up im running Diablo on 64-bit windows 7

I assume Non D2SE stands for Non Solo Edition Diablo 2?

1. Install D2... Done
2. Install D2LOD... Done
3. Install LoDPatch_110 .... Done
4. Install NonD2SE_HU_1.41_Core.... Downloaded and extracted.... but where to I put all these files?
5. Download your preferred Client... Downloaded and Extracted.... But still don't know where to put them...

Please Help?

Diablo 2 root works perfectly. After that, run a D2modsetup, and you're pretty much set.

So do I just move (Copy and Replace) the new D2 files over the old ones in my d2 folder?

A quick google search will tell you that D2SE is a ModManager.
I've never used it, so I don't know how it works..

Also looking for an updated guide on how to install.. Following those instructions on the past has not worked for me either

once you have 1.10 copy and paste the HU stuff into this folder (core files first).
run d2modsetup.

It did part of it.... I got to where I can make a char and enter but it crashes when I try to enter a game

Also I tried downloading that HULauncher 0.1.0 and it is so small you can just barely see it.,.... and its not even big enough to fit a letter in let alone words.

1. make shortcut to hellunleashed.bat (not sure which way your are trying to launch this...giving you my setup).
2. go to the properties of the shortcut, and use compatibility mode XP service pack 2 (or 3), disable desktop composition, and disable visual themes

Don't know what OS (assume win7 or 8), but you can't have HU in programfiles or programfiles x86.
put in in C, or desktop...just not there. If you are still on XP you don't need to worry about this part.

oh and did you actually install the glide wrapper?
