Poison damage is broken on any mob equipped with the following hats:
DiabBoss BaalBoss EvilBoss ClassBoss PoisBoss
This includes the following bosses (Note. The bosses listed are the original bosses, not the ones that have been reskinned/moved. So Glasya, Baphomet etc. means baal wave 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, even if they use a diff sprite)
Diablo, Shadow Spirit 4, Baal, Shadow Spirit 5, council member3, Amon, Moloch, Desies, Baphomet, Bone King, Asmodeus, Glasya, Shadowlord, titan2, belial, azmodan, all los bosses, cowking, lazarus, soulmancer
The reason it is broken is because the PLR on those hats has been increased over 100%. The max PLR that should ever be added is 99%! Values over 100% do strange things to the game (see 100% dr making you immune to crushing blow even when amped)
Requires a serverside patch to be fixed, no client side patch is required.
I personally don't think using PLR is a good idea as the value across all difficulties is flat, meaning poison is punished in normal, and eased up on in NM/Hell. If poison damage is an issue then adjust the duration/damage in skills.txt rather than through a hidden mechanism. There's enough complication with poison damage as is.
