I had this issue also, never found a fix for it. Lousy direct draw

Make sure the "static screen" settin is "off": "no" |

fuck, i havin the same problem. Use old versión of "Glide3 to OGL", the same that comes whit HU 1.13g MOD. I think that will resolve the problem. |
