Attn: Soulmancer or Duffbeer There is a blue portal that is isolated and only accessible to those who have Teleport/Leap abilities in the Arcane Observatory. I can activate the portal, but can not enter. What is the deal? I am excited, hook me up. HU_EricRBoone SkarHellCaster Lvl 29 Barbarian - Normal Diffuclty

That's pretty cool  Maybe just a portal he decided not to use and didn't connect. I see some loot drops so I suppose things can spawn there

This was discovered over 3 years ago sorry there is nothing special mancer just never took it out. |
