I've completely wiped all D2 things from my computer, reinstalled from discs, did direct 1.10 upgrade download, and the game works fine. I can do anything else I want, even go in the level 2 iso purg. But I cannot talk to Cain in any act with any character. It just freezes and errors. Should I just concede that I need to self-ID all items forever or is there something else I can do? And trying to re-reinstall is not a valid option. |

Today i got the same problem after i return from halls of dead 2 (act2) with purification glyph. If there is a quest and Cain wants to talk, he tell his story and when i wanna click on him for second time it freezes,ALt+F4 is the only thing i can do. I play now for 3 days,but i like it here. Community is friendly,mod is addicting  Help please.Thank You PS: Later that day i play Diablo on my laptop and there was no bug,i sit back to desktop no bug there too
