Hi my Necro doesn't list any chance to block no matter how much dex or what shield I use. Are Necros not allowed to block? |

necros block just fine... if its not displaying any block it means you probably don't have 1% ctb yet |

it happens. and when you have 0% it doesn't display. Same with CTH |

what level are you? how much dex and increased block % do you have? |

In hell difficult, It's decrease your base block rate (like resist), so the shield block rate + your = 0. I think so |
