There is no sense to allowing some skills to be acquired at lvl1, 6 or 12 but keeping some away until 20, 28 and 36.

Teeth, frost nova and firestorm are just as powerful as plague jav, frozen orb, warcry and whirlwind. But you let some builds get their skills immediately or almost immediately, while other builds have to wait until much higher levels. As well, by the time those higher skills finally unlock, the lower skill builds have been able to sink 20-36 points into their tree/synergies.

At the very least, push the skill tiers way down to like 1, 6, 12, 18, 24. Damage can be scaled so that something like frozen orb isn't ludicrously powerful right away.

Who's with me!

Boo this man!

The synergy's are what make a lot of the lower builds powerful. Getting them sooner just means mid game is going to be a cake walk.

The only issue I really have is that the original values of 1,6,12,18,25,30 were complentary to the fact that you could finish normal at level 30, or even before. Here you are about double the level.

Level 36 is in act3, normal. It is not horridly late. Most of the builds are able to use the skills that are later used mainly for synergies, so they are pumped up anyway. A few have a playstyles change starting at 36...like mentioned WW barbs. They are still very good tanks early on. I think this is just something that we have to continue to live with.
