Cos you're rushing noobs in normal where they are unable to use their nm skills. Stop rushing noobs and go back to nm where it will work properly, noob rusher. |

Technically nm mercs try to use the highest skills on norm but due to lack of proper cast animations for their spells in skills.txt/monanim they can't (they blink when they do so), except for chain lighting which was always used by a3 merc on vanilla  .
