Was just thinking about an idea about cooldown. Would it be possible by healing with an npc like akara to also take off the cooldown? So that you can summon up quicker in town. was just thinking how nice that would be on these damn golem mancers lol.

ya taking 10 seconds per golem is lame, especially if you accidentally cast the same one twice lol

While there's the elixir of adrenaline in MXL that negates any remaining cooldown the problem would be how to prevent that pot from being used outside of town.

yeh its possible but requires custom code if you want an NPC to remove it.

could maybe be quite easy with code editing if you just change it from removing curses to removing cooldowns

it checks for the curse column in states.txt not the individual state lines :(. You'd just have to create an unconditional jump to some free space and add the code to check for a specific state HCIdx to remove too.

I'm sure the locations for the NPC healing was posted on PK a while ago, i remember someone trying to disable it completely.

just make it so each time you talk to akara and the like, it automatically uses one of those potions aswell, but they cannot be bought or found?
