I lost 2 perf fire 1 perf cold and many facet today

Post subject:  I lost 2 perf fire 1 perf cold and many facet today
I run leo today and got 2 perf fire and 1 perf cold facet.
after i run i put it to my mule and exit that char but when i join that char again all thing that char got lost. Never happen this situation. Have anyone got this situation like me?

rollbacks, they blow. 3 perf facets, OUCH! better than losing jah/ber :P

server rollback is what it sounds like to me it happens time to time not a very often thing tho

my druid nearly perfect now if that fire facet still alive,he will miss only one perf fire facet.
now i need to run again for 3 perf fire, so sad T^T

roll back again but just lose 2 wisp and metalgrid.

Why does it roll back? Does someone know this?

create a new mule and don't fill them up so full with single slot items
