It pains me to say but games can cause health issues :lol:

Unfortunately what i speak of next isn't so funny.
My wife and i have been playing HU for about 2 years now.
Others may know her as missey or Kris.
This ladder she's focused primarily on a cold sorc as some of you will know
This today landed her in Hospital after suffering a seizure due to the amount of flashing caused by attacks and counters while facing the hellforge dragon in hell.

Missey does not suffer from epilepsy nor has a family history of it and like all of us do spent a considerable time playing the game prior to this occuring.

I'm not only calling for all of you to take regular break... which i know prolly wont happen! but i also want this assessed and considered for removal in the next patch.

THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO NEED FOR THE SCREEN TO FLASH TO INDICATE AN ATTACK!!!

Please give your feedback and input on the topic!

just PM'd you with some edits. I think i remembered to remove thunderstorms flash (double check though, I was in a hurry).

Hope she is doing ok.

flash from tstorm should be gone (i think, didn't check, in a bit of a hurry)
blizzards clientside splash effects removed
meteors explosion anim removed (fire remains)
exploding arrows explosion density and size reduced
Edit: those can be used along with my other edits just extract to HU folder and run with -direct -txt.

hi guys, tyvm for finishing the mods for me.
I am ok at the moment, taking a break whilst i see a neurologist.
I am on tegretol :/
But damn my sorc is dead ffs! :p Damn hellforge dragon hahah.

Hopefully i see you guys soon :)
