No bug... you just had the misfortune of rolling one of the highest lvl req mods in the game on the gloves (freezing arrow lvl 2 charges require lvl 86 on rares). Tack on the +22 lvl req hard coded craft penalty and it really should be lvl 108 gloves. Apparently the craft lvl req cap coding works a bit differently than I thought though. It doesn't cap at lvl 98 in particular but instead what ever's the max level possible for mercs. |
