Can you roll an echoing (+3 warcry) prefix on javs that have a lvl 29 requirement? Or do those prefixes only spawn on items that are like lvl 45 and above? I wasnt sure if the prefixes spawned based of the char's lvl that is cubing or the items lvl, or I guess off both. I wanted the lowest dex echoing javs so I thought I would use some mithril glyphs and craft a few times instead of making games and shopping. So I wanted to know if I need a jav with a certain lvl requirement for that or not. -D |

On B.Net I know it was 45. Can always socket an Hel em tho. |

Actually +3 skill tab is an ilvl 60 affix (meaning a lvl 55+ player would have to buy it from a merchant or kill a lvl 60+ monster). There is no correlation between ilvl required to spawn and lvl required to use unless the modder imposes one. In this case +3 skill tab still requires lvl 45 to use. |
