can you craft +1 all skill gloves with lets say +3 plague and javelin skills? can other skill mod spawn?

I'm pretty sure SS/MS ame craft gloves come with +1 skill always, and can possibly come with +3 spear/jav skills, but not also +3 plague javelin.
