New item stat questions

so whats max stats on things like templars, griffons, facets now?
elemental rings max at 8%? armor 12% and +1 skills?

also heard templars was changed to a clvl 95 item and can only drop off certain monsters in tundra etc because of its ilvl or something?

templars and griffons I can't recall the stat changes right off the bat. I can assure you though that no item level changes were discussed. Steel would have had to do something extra for something of that nature to happen before the beta occured.

Just looked into the txt files for both 1.3a and 1.3b... Templar's was 95 to begin with. It's got a pierce range of 8-16 for non-magic/physical elements. Facets have their +%element range from 2 to 3 percent. The pierce range on facets remains untouched. Griffons has 12-18% +elemental damage.

Is there a way we can get all new runewords/uniques all listed now? Or at least a list of the changes? This kind of information is pretty important not to have readily available.

We have started it with Kramuti's amazing craft list (again, thanks for the work on that), but still there are a lot of items that aren't accounted for yet.

There's a program called txttohtml that can parse the d2 txt files and make a nice webpage but I couldn't get it to work. Dewber got it to work for rune words but not uniques. If you really want them you could look into that program

ew just ID a griffons and it had +8% poison damage so i guess the min and max % got lower a couple of points
