So this is now the 2nd time in a row my party and i have attempted baal that has resulted in baal not spawning a wave. First time it was after wave 2, second time it was after wave 1.

At this point this game is wasting my time. Expecting this to be fixed/changed so that its not so long. Something like a WP right before the waves would maybe make this better, or fix the problem with them not spawning. A bit ridiculous now that twice weve went through 2 levels of worldstone, Cleft, guardian, 2 levels of the castle, the titan, and then do waves only to have him not spawn the waves halfway through.

Did you have a bone necro ?

Nope. What would it matter if we did though? Is there something a bone necro casts that would be problematic?

Would really love to figure it out. Any help is appreciated.

Had it happen a few times where a bone cage was left in throne somewhere and no spawns till it was killed. Usually happens on second wave if memory is correct. Outside of that never had any issues.

Well the 2nd time around it was on the first wave... which doesnt have bone cages. And we checked all of the floors for a random bone cage and even went through to clear stuff that we hadnt killed before just to make sure a bone cage somewhere wasnt left around.

Figured it out i think, thanks to Sobora's question.

Seems like any time a bone prison is cast somewhere in throne, it acts as a minion and prevents waves from spawning. We had a necro with leoric wand, which has a bone prison on struck proc (this needs to be removed btw, its terrible). So when he walked through the portal surrounded by fire, it would proc. We went through a third time with him removing the wand and we didnt have an issue with the waves spawning.
