is there any place I can download a d2loader to work with window 7 ?

copy these files into your HU folder, then you wont need a loader to run multiple instances without a CD:

One problem with that download though... we already have an edited d2game.dll which contains the replenish throwing stack code edit.

It can remain only on server side and it will work just ok.
